If you are selected as a coach (Head Coach or Assistant Coach):
Once we submit your name for a background check, you will receive an additional automated email from automation@instascreen.net with directions to click on a link for a background questionnaire which will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Any volunteer refusing to complete the background check in a timely fashion will not be approved to coach as these backgrounds checks are mandatory.
We do background checks in batches. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few days, it just means that we are waiting to submit a batch. Also, for returning coaches, if we have a current background check on file, you will not receive a new one.
