Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

If you are selected as a coach (head coach or asst coach):
Once we submit your name for a background check, you will receive an additional automated email from automation@instascreen.net with directions to click on a link for a background questionnaire which will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Any volunteer refusing to complete the background check in a timely fashion will not be approved to coach as these backgrounds checks are mandatory. 
We do background checks in batches, so, if you don't receive an email with the link within a few days, it just means that we are waiting to submit a batch. If we ran a background check on you last Spring or Fall season, you may not have to re-submit a background check, so, if this applies to you, you may not receive a background check link.
